AskChad LLC provides online training courses, live Zoom-based training sessions, and educational resources focused on agile marketing methodologies. Access to courses requires purchase and account creation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments & Refunds
Course purchases are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. Refund policies are provided at the time of purchase. Contact us at info@legalaccess.network for refund requests.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of AskChad LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your course enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased content.
6. Zoom Integration
Our platform integrates with Zoom to deliver live training sessions. By enrolling in courses with live sessions, you consent to being registered for Zoom meetings using your account email. Zoom's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply when using Zoom services.
7. Disclaimer
Training materials are provided on an "as is" basis. AskChad LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of course content to your specific business situation. Results may vary.
8. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall AskChad LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
9. Modifications
AskChad LLC may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
